This is a Non-draft, Sim League. Play right.

*You must have access to a computer in order to manage your team

AGE LIMIT FOR THIS LEAGUE IS 18

Week 1 will advance on Saturday Sept. 17th
League will advance on Monday, Wednesday and Friday approximately Midnight Pacific time or when all games are completed

Gameplay Rules
1. No nano blitzing (over-load blitzes are allowed, know the difference)
2. No rocket catching
3. No motion glitches. If you send a player in motion, that player needs to come to a complete stop before you hike the ball
4. QB sneaks are cheesy. No more than 3 per game
5. Onside kicks are only allowed if your losing by 10 points or more in the 4th Qrt
6. 1 fake field goal and 1 fake punt allowed per game
7. Mix up your play calling. You have at least 300 plays in your playbook, no need to only use a few of them. Running the same plays over and over is considered cheesy and will get you booted
8. No quitting early. You will be booted
9. No 2-point conversion's unless your trailing in the 4th qrt or making up for a blocked or missed XP
10. Good Sportsmanship is a must. No running up the score. If your up by 21 or more in the 2nd half, you should be running the ball. Passing on 3rd down is allowed.
11. If your booted out of game for excessive offside penalties or delay of game penalties, you will forfeit that game
12. You cant move a D-lineman off the line pre snap
13. HB's cant be used at FB
14. WR's cant be used at TE
15. No goal line formation unless your at the goal line (within 10 yards of end zone)
16. No-Huddle offense is not allowed unless inside the 2 minute warning in 2nd Qrt, or if your losing in the 2nd half.
17. You RB should never lead your team in receptions. Its cheesy, dont throw to your RB alot

4th Down Rules
1. Can only go for it on 4th and 1 on your opponents side of the field (across the 50 yard line) or anytime when losing in the 4th qrt
2. Your one fake punt can be used from anywhere on the field
3. You may go for it on 4th and goal at anytime in the game

Trade Guidelines
1. 3 trades allowed per season
2. All trades need to be approved by the Trade Committee
3. A trade is not valid if it puts you over the salary cap
4. When posting trades, you need to post there overall rating, age, position, potential and salary

5. There is no point system you have to go by as far as trading at the moment. If i see that bullshit trading is taking place i will input a point system that will force you to make fair trades.

6. The trade committee members are LatinasLoveMe, THE BUM, Giuceppefranco, and BIGxSIPx18. Two approvals and you're good.

7. Pre-season trading is allowed, however, it wont be approved until the roster update and the league is officially started. You may Opt-out of a trade before its been approved. Once a trade is accepted by all sides and approved my 2 Admins, its a done deal and cannot be cancelled unless all sides agree.

Free Agency
1. There will be a free agency draft before the season starts and before trading starts. Everyone must also be under the cap before the free agent draft starts. The order will be selected by team overall rating, the lowest team will pick first. The draft will last two rounds and u will have five minutes to choose your player from the time we contact you. If you dont respond the FA will be chosen for you based upon your greatest team needs.
2. After the draft is over players can pick up free agents using the free agent bidding section on myleaguemanager.net, after you pick them up you have to sign them to a contract. Make sure you watch your cap space and monitor how many players you have on your team. If anyone is caught trying to cheat our system and guidelines you will be dismissed.

3. Players you pick up from free agency have to stay on your roster for one season and cannot be traded.

Salary Cap Guideline's
1. Salary cap is $120,000,000
2. Must have 53 players on your roster at all times.
3. All teams must be under salary cap. If your over, you need to release some players or make a trade to get under cap. Teams operating over the salary cap will be penalized there 1st round draft pick

Connection Issues
Starting this year everyone in the league will be given what we call substitutions.

The objective of substitutions are to eliminate hold up due to peoples shitty walmart connections, and stop unfair simulation advantages.( best qb always wins)

Each player will be given 2 substitutions per season which they can use if they can't connect to an opponent. We will have a list of five evenly matched players in the substitution list. so whatever one you choose to substitute for you it will be a good game. They will play the game for you using your teams and after they finish you can reclaim your team. If one player chooses not to use his substitution its up to him, if he feels like he can beat a substitution player thats his choice.
